The room had been recently renovated and was generally comfortable, with a good location. Like many places in Venice, the value for money was terrible; for 220 € (even discounted) you get a room without breakfast, no reception desk, poor acoustic isolation, and it was badly cleaned—absolutely not worth it. Visitors to Venice are forced to accept such unacceptable solutions.

Our room was like new, with nice furnishings, and the bathroom featured a spacious walk‑in shower that was a real highlight. The location was quiet, right on a calm canal. Restaurants, cafés, and the Conad supermarket were just 5 minutes away.

Everything was great. I especially liked that it was in a quiet, and I would say safe, area away from the crowded historic centre. Nearby there is a small park with benches, perfect for relaxing in the evening after a busy day exploring the city. Just two minutes away is a Conad supermarket. The surroundings are nice, with bars and restaurants, Cannaregio, and a lovely neighbourhood. I regret not having more time to explore it further. It will stay on my list for next time 😊

The reception was friendly and the pre‑arrival information was very good. The room on the ground floor was clean but otherwise very modest. The location was quite remote, and the way back home at night was almost unbearable.
