I liked how centrally located it was, but there was no kitchen, no front‑desk staff to greet you, no housekeeping, and they never changed the sheets.

The location was fine, but the reception was awful—only reachable via WhatsApp. The digital contract had absurd clauses, like a mandatory checkout at 09:30 am. The entry corridor was dim, with access through videos that felt like a scavenger hunt: you’d never find me! The broken bed hurt my back. The room on the ground floor had three windows with no interior locks, making it totally unsafe. They said they’d fix it but ignored it, and the nightly rate ended at 09:30. With no reception and no safe place to store luggage, the last day was almost unusable. There was no soap, the Wi‑Fi was poor, and we expected a kitchen. There was only a microwave, plates, cutlery, and glasses. Everything was difficult with this virtual service, a bad attitude, and a contract nobody reads. Adhesion contracts are void when absurd. I’ve never seen a mandatory 09:30 checkout anywhere else in the world!
