Very clean. I left 8/21/28 and 3 time they have put a hold on my credit card. Today a hold for 200. Why ? I checked out a week ago. I will not be staying a Residence in again

It looked like the place was under renovation. I didn’t even stay; I walked in, saw my room was unclean and smelled bad, and walked back out.

I recently had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the one hand, the separate bedrooms were a great feature for my family. However, our room was a letdown, with dirty walls and doors, and bathrooms that looked like they hadn't been properly cleaned. The pull-out bed was in a terrible state, with old soiled linings and a mattress that seemed to have mysterious stains. The floors were even taped up with electric tape, and the stove didn't work, emitting a bad smell instead.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was cut short due to the extremely dirty conditions. The location was convenient, but it wasn't enough to make up for the filth that greeted us upon arrival. We left as soon as we could, which was a shame, as the hotel seemed to have some potential.
