My family and I had a terrible experience at this hotel, starting with the fact that they tried to charge us a different tariff than what we had booked. To make matters worse, the rooms had problems with the toilet, weren't cleaned properly, and the staff didn't even bother to restock the toilet paper. But the final straw was when we were given a room that was directly above a nightclub, and the noise and vibrations made it impossible for us to get any rest.

I was really impressed with the value for money here. The staff were extremely friendly, the facilities were spotless, and my room was both clean and cozy. Overall, I had a fantastic experience.
