The app promised breakfast but delivered nothing; the rooms were very old and unclean. When we arrived there were no towels, a dirty bathtub, a dirty coffee maker, a dirty sofa bed, spider webs in the room, cockroaches in the living room, and the outlet exploded when I tried to charge my phone. I went with my family, and for the price I paid the quality was terrible.

I appreciated the link to Sirata and the new restaurant, and the operations ran smoothly with an optimal flow that felt great. The pool area and staff were also liked, but the suite’s bathroom was lacking—the tub needs a bit of TLC.

The hotel is near the beach and very clean, and Jason at the front delivered excellent service. It took a while to get an extra bed for our sons, which isn’t a deal‑breaker, but if you have young kids with early bedtimes, avoid staying near the pool because the music is audible.

The beach is close, but everything else was terrible: overpriced, dirty, and the reception staff were very unwelcoming. It’s absurd that beach umbrellas and chairs weren’t included in the SUPER EXTREME room price—way overcharged. The door was broken, the couch was nasty and wouldn’t seat you, let alone let you sleep on it.

The room didn't match what I had anticipated.
