The staff were generally polite, especially Adarsh, who was very kind. Initially, they disappointed me by giving me a third‑floor room where construction was happening, and they kept saying “we’ll give you a room” even though all rooms were full. After 2–3 hours they finally handed me a great room that was very good for the price. The AC didn’t cool properly at first, but once you hold the mode button longer it starts working.

The room was close to the railway station and the bus depot. The front desk staff used foul language and was rude, making me wait about 30 minutes because he thought I’d paid through the booking app. After 30 minutes he confirmed I hadn’t paid online, then abruptly became polite once I handed over the money.
