Everything was perfect. The host was extremely kind. The building was clean and very nice, with a terrace offering a fantastic panoramic view. Free parking was included.

The property has a good location, away from the chaos, with private parking for each room, air‑conditioned rooms, TV in the room, and decent cleanliness. The triple room in question was not listed as being in the basement, so the door‑window faced a light well, which felt a bit stuffy for someone not used to it, but it still offers good value for a single night. The beds were noisy—every movement of the child hit the wall—and the ceilings had some cracks, especially around the bed, which were not pleasant to see. Small fixes would make the place even better; overall, the price and services are worth it.

The buffet breakfast was plentiful, with a view of the Isola Piana and the Asinara, and the location is very convenient to the Pelosa beach. The room was fairly modern, renovated, in good condition, and very clean. The shower head was not working properly.
