The proprietor was very friendly, the room was excellent, driving to town was convenient, and the location was quiet.

The place was beautiful and the owner was great, but on a hot day we had no air‑conditioning—just a fan—and the heater looked old and might be problematic in winter.

The hosts were so accommodating, the atmosphere was very relaxing, and we enjoyed mornings outside the room and a delicious home‑style breakfast; the garden and pool added to the experience, and the rooms were comfortable for our stay, giving the inn the charm of old Taos. The only suggestion is to have a mini‑fridge for a multi‑night stay; it wasn’t essential because we used a cooler we brought from the road trip.
