“Great location”
The place is in a great spot, right in the middle of town, close to the port, the metro, Castello Nuovo and the Galleria, with plenty of restaurants around. The A/C worked perfectly and the hostess was very responsive; we chatted on WhatsApp and she sent us detailed instructions with videos and photos. I usually sleep through most noise, but there is some street chatter late at night, which is typical for Naples. The host even left earplugs (I didn’t use them) for anyone who might need them. The rooms and bathrooms are bigger than most budget hotels. The only downside was a bit of street noise and a hot‑water problem that the hostess fixed promptly.
