The staff were extremely helpful, everything stayed spotless, the room was quiet, and the price was unbeatable. I had a fantastic stay.

The room had a strong dog‑piss odor. I mentioned the heat multiple times, but the staff ignored it. The lady claimed to clean it again, yet the smell persisted, and the bed itself smelled awful. I ended up sleeping on top of my covers instead of the bed.

The modern decor and spacious rooms at this hotel were a real highlight, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. However, the pet policy is a major turn-off - the fees are outrageous and make it feel like they're not actually welcoming pets at all. It's a shame, because a 7am opening time for the coffee shop is a bit ridiculous, especially for business travelers who need an early start.
