JAZ Makadi Oasis Resort

“Great vacation”

We had a fantastic holiday at JAZ Makadi Oasis and truly enjoyed our stay. The room stayed spotless, and housekeeping did a great job cleaning it daily. A special shout‑out to Sluma Ikram at reception—he was very friendly and helpful, especially when arranging the à‑la‑carte restaurant we wanted. We tried The Grill à‑la‑carte and absolutely loved it. The food was delicious and the staff were very welcoming. The main restaurant was also excellent, offering a nice variety of dishes. All in all, we had a wonderful experience and one of our best vacations. Great service, friendly staff, good food, and a very enjoyable atmosphere. We would definitely love to return!

“A wonderfull experience that i will do it again .”

The staff are professional, polite, and always proactive in offering assistance. The place is also clean and well‑maintained. Special thanks to Ibrahim Saber, who went above and beyond from the moment we arrived until our very last day. He was always keen on fulfilling our requests, very professional and genuinely caring for us. I think the buffet could benefit from more variety and a daily rotation of dishes. Some items served at breakfast and dinner appear again the following day, so introducing new options each day would make the dining experience more enjoyable.

“اقامة ممتازة وخدمة مقابل القيمة”

Honestly, the place is excellent and the staff are very respectful, but the water is not inside the freckle, so you have to go somewhere else by bus and that’s the only flaw; otherwise the hotel is excellent. The water is very far.
