The area is filthy behind an industrial shed, with weeds and a neglected garden; outdoor furniture is dirty, and a nearby construction site leaves debris everywhere. There’s no air conditioning, so the room felt like an oven with a fan doing its best. Moldy air filled the rooms and hall, and breakfast was just the bare minimum.

“pas top juste bon pour une nuit”

The photos on Booking don’t match the place; there’s no reception staff and the breakfast isn’t included when you book. I paid for two madeleines, two vacuum‑sealed biscuits, and two jars of jam, but it was expensive for a night in Rome, only 250 m from Piazza San Pietro, and the buffet was all‑you‑can‑eat in the morning.

The location was insane, attached to an industrial shed and a pile of debris. The website photos don’t convey the setting, let alone the trouble getting there.
