The view was superb, a nice walk along the beach, the pools, spa, and saunas were really good, service was good, breakfast was varied, the deer restaurant meal was decent; however, the room was poorly insulated and very cold when we arrived, the heating was off during our stay, and the bistro meal was disappointing.

The exterior and location were good, but the room was very ordinary and uncomfortable for the price, comparable to luxury hotels with no comfort, the mattress was very uncomfortable, there was only a small rolling chair, the bathroom shower was glued to the toilet, and the bistro service left a lot to be desired, plus a 14 % tip was included on the bill.

The lunch was very expensive, but from the start it was a nightmare: upon arrival I didn't get the room I had booked, instead I was put in a condo with a double bed instead of the two beds I’d ordered. After arguing, they moved me into a container they call a box, which smelled of cigarette smoke, had no internet, and no drinking water. I went back to reception, argued again, and finally got a room with two beds as I had originally reserved, but that took two and a half hours of back‑and‑forth. In the end we missed our evening because we only received the room around 10:30 pm, and we had come to relax, which was far from the case.
