The location was okay, but the towels smelled damp, the hotel was noisy, and I woke up several times during the night. Only two front‑desk staff were friendly, the breakfast had limited gluten‑free and lactose‑free options, and when I asked for a butter‑free egg the woman was extremely rude and said it wasn’t possible.

The hotel is well situated, staff are very attentive, cleanliness is impeccable, and breakfast is excellent. The standard room is very small; the standard double bed is too small for my husband and me. There’s no mini‑fridge, even though the 24‑hour reception has everything a fridge would have, but you have to go get it. I didn’t notice these details when booking, but overall it’s good value for money.

Excellent breakfast, great shower, friendly reception. The one‑day stay is the only thing that’s a bit limited. The room is very small, the bed is small, there’s no mini‑fridge, the TV is small and the picture isn’t very sharp. Coffee isn’t complimentary; it’s paid.
