The spot by the art museum was fabulous, parking was good, the boutique vibe matched the era, and the breakfast was sumptuous, but lawn‑mowing at 9 am was annoying and the beds will need replacement soon.

The room was clean, the bed comfy, and it stayed quiet after dark; the staff were friendly and polite. However, the breakfast was largely unhealthy, with too many sticky, sweet carb‑laden buns and cakes, and the cooked options came out lukewarm; even the coffee was lukewarm and not strong enough. I would have appreciated a few complimentary bottled waters in the room.
