Ala do castelo hotel

“Cumple su función, pero nada más allá”

I liked that the place had a kitchen and a bathroom, and the spot was spot on. The staff, however, were pretty rude and made us feel bad. The apartment has great potential but needs more upkeep; it was quite dirty, even the kitchenware was grimy with stuck-on food and the floor was the same. The bed and mattress felt like they were from my grandmother’s era. I keep saying that with better care it could be a fantastic stay, but right now it’s far from that.

The location is central and the place stays clean.

“Close to the beaches .good access to main bus station”

The spot’s location works, but the outside is noisy with old doors.

The curtains let in too much light from all directions.

“Huge disappointment”

I booked a room for two nights but had to leave after the first because it was tiny and had no windows—just a curtain over a wall. The air was suffocating and hot, making it hard to breathe or sleep, and the fan only worsened the dry throat. The cherry on top was a cockroach in the bathroom. I left without any sleep and utterly frustrated by what felt like a blatant scam, with curtains on a wall and a photo that misled me into thinking there was a window.
