I never received a water bottle, and after telling the staff three times I finally got one. I ordered food from the kitchen and it took an hour to arrive; an extra glass of buttermilk cost another half‑hour. The reception staff shouted a lot and even abused someone while sitting at the desk at night. It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at; I saw staff deny guests rooms that were supposedly available, and the owner admitted he had five rooms left but they were booked online at a lower price, so he denied them.

We didn’t stay for breakfast, there was no bucket or tub in the room, the pillows were dirty, and the room was also very small in size.
