“We had a pleasant visit.”
Location is fantastic!. Our View was not good at all! We were facing the HVAC system and pipes. Would have suggested the street view

Best location in Hot Springs! Accessible to everything. Luxurious. I think we were misled. Our understanding was that valet parking had a fee, but that the parking garage a few blocks down was free. We got a big ticket for parking there and the hotel doesn’t validate parking.

Everything was perfect, from start to finish.
Breakfast was very good. The bathroom barn‑style door was noisy, didn’t close all that easy or stay closed, I should say. It was very hot there and the roof bar was closed by 7 pm so I didn’t get to enjoy that, also it had rained to be fair, but appetizers in the main restaurant were delicious and the drink was well made.

Historic building, great location, staff were excellent, but the bathroom doors only slid in front of the doorway, hanging several inches out, just 3‑4 feet from the bed, so there was no privacy or noise protection between bedroom and toilet.
