I liked that it was in a quiet spot away from the highway, the cabin is very pretty, surrounded by forest, and the owner was very friendly. He showed us the facilities and everything was great at the end of the stay. The manager this time was very condescending and unfriendly, we had a water problem and he invaded our space and time; I expected we would be fine without showering after a long trip from Antofagasta.

I liked the vibe and the warmth, but when I arrived there was no hot water and I ended up waiting about 4 hours; the stove kept heating and couldn’t be turned off until all the pellets were used, two of the four windows had no curtains and the roller‑duo blinds that were there made us feel watched.

Amazing place and spectacular service from Nicole, who welcomed us in the best way and provided all the relevant information to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The place and surroundings are dreamy; my wife is happy and we will definitely return with our family in the future. Honestly it was all wonderful, I have no additional comments to share.

Very cool property! We enjoyed our stay very much. The hot water was very hot, which was wonderful. Beautiful space with windows into the forest. The mattresses were hard, however, and there could be better directions on how to access the property and where to park
