The property was unsafe and filthy, the staff didn’t speak English, the door had no lock and couldn’t be closed, the taps were leaking, and the bed sheets were dirty with stray hairs. My family and friends from Australia came for my wedding, checked in, and were appalled. They all had to book elsewhere and lost hundreds of dollars each because the hotel and booking couldn’t help. We will file a chargeback with our bank.
