Arriving around midnight, we were told the hotel was fully booked and no room had been set aside for my reservation. Since we had already paid 50% and checked in online, they tried to sort it out but ended up giving us an accessibility room with awful beds, a non‑working TV, poor cleaning, and a bathroom without a shower box. We ordered food through iFood, and the delivery person climbed into our room without notifying us or getting our prior consent. The only polite and proactive staff member was the one who greeted us upon arrival, though I don’t recall his name. Overall, a terrible experience; I wouldn’t return.
