“i expected more”
The spot was great, but the wifi was terrible and housekeeping never cleaned my room during my 5‑day stay.

The seaview was the only thing worth mentioning, but the service was poor: in Rm213 the shower wouldn’t drain, leaving water on the floor, the food was mediocre, sliding doors needed maintenance, the bathroom mirror had to be replaced, the room walls were dirty, and the water stopped working in our building for 8 hours before we checked out unhappy. All we paid for was a view, yet the restaurant’s bathroom was also dirty.

The boodle fight buffet was a fun experience, but it wasn't enough to make up for the issues we encountered.
Unfortunately our experience was not what we expected. When we arrived, the bathroom was not clean, which gave a bad first impression. We also had an issue with the organization of our tour: the receptionist told us to be ready at 8:30am, then said someone would pick us up at 9:00am, but after waiting 20–30 minutes, no one came. When we asked again, she seemed to have completely forgotten about our booking, and we almost missed the tour. During our stay, the staff often appeared distracted, spending time on their phones and chatting, which affected the level of service. Housekeeping was not provided on the requested day, and basic items like hand towels were not available. Regarding the facilities, the breakfast is quite limited and could definitely be improved. The location is nice in terms of views, but not very practical: if you want to swim, you need to walk about 200 meters due to the rocky beachfront. Also, when the tide is high at night, it can be difficult or impossible to leave the hotel for several hours since access is only via the beach. Additionally, there was no assistance with luggage upon arrival, which is something many other hotels in the area do offer.
