The location was good, but the noise from the adjacent room at night needs to be addressed.

Only in-room breakfast, but this one is really great. Check‑in is only at 15:00 with no earlier option. Breakfast is served every 30 minutes to one customer, so if others pick your slot you have no chance; this matters if you have a tight schedule. The staff's English is poor, so they can't answer your questions, and there is no English map of the area available.

This property is exceptional; from its location, the room, the staff and the food, we will remember it for a long time, and seeing Mt Fuji each morning from bed was amazing!
