We stayed on floor 37 and had spectacular city views! The room was very spacious and pretty.

The professionalism and kindness of the Soluxe hotel staff went far beyond our expectations. Manager David was absolutely amazing, personally ensuring our Guangzhou stay was completely stress‑free by booking our Didi rides and adding the ride fees to our hotel tab without extra charges when my Didi app failed, contacting the airport, locating our lost luggage and having it delivered to the hotel, and taking the time to ask about our personal preferences and recommend places to visit and shop that fit our budget and schedule.

There was mold on the wall of my room and a damp smell everywhere.

The facilities were nice, but the jacuzzi was broken; otherwise the rooms were roomy and everything else worked well. I was right next to Tanhe Park and the city views were great.
