The location was convenient and the staff were very friendly, but the breakfast felt repetitive over both days; other Hampton hotels I've visited offered a wonderful spread with eggs, bacon, biscuits, and gravy, which this Branson location lacked.

The spot is well‑situated, yet the room was dark and there was only one ice machine serving all five floors, plus no snacks were available.

The recently remodeled rooms were clean and comfortable, and from check‑in to room service the staff were all super friendly; the free breakfast was good, especially the waffles, and the coffee bar was very good—I’d stay again if I return to Branson. I didn’t compare room rates because my family chose this location, so I’m not sure if the price was excellent.

Jan, the front‑desk staff lady, was very cordial and helpful, answering all our questions and offering great suggestions, but breakfast seating was limited; more tables and chairs would be welcome.
