Location was good, but we had to make a second booking after the first was cancelled by the hotel because we hadn’t paid on their site within the 3 hours they had sent us, even though the email gave us until the next day at 18 h; the booking site said no pre‑payment was required, yet the second booking had to be paid within an hour to avoid another cancellation – true stress, scandalous!

“Me anularon la reserva pero pude estacionarme por el cajero automático”

Despite the reservation being cancelled, I managed to book via the kiosk at the entrance that the receptionist didn’t handle over the phone; the parking was private and the stay was just enough for one night, but the receptionist was unfriendly, demanded pre‑payment even though the website said payment would be at the property and that I’d give my card number; failing to pay within 5 minutes the reservation was cancelled and I was left without a booking, yet you can still book manually at the door on a machine, which is friendlier than the receptionist.

The hotel is well‑located next to the tramway, convenient for the airport; the room is simple but very clean, the staff are friendly and efficient, and I liked the breakfast.

“Pas mal”

The tourist tax had already been paid or included in my booking amount; upon arrival I showed my Booking confirmation to the staff, yet the hotel still asked me to pay the tourist tax again, so I paid it twice for the same stay.
