I had an absolutely outstanding stay! From start to finish the service was truly exceptional — the staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail of my stay was perfect. The room was excellent — beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was cozy, the amenities were top‑quality, and everything felt luxurious and well‑maintained. It was the perfect place to relax after a long day. Room service was equally impressive; the food arrived promptly, was fresh and delicious, and presented wonderfully. The attention to detail and efficiency really stood out. “Worst. Please find sonething else.”

The bed and bathroom were clean, but the towels were dirty and had a black‑white stain. The room was not spacious, and parking was a menace—about 1 km away. The room service and staff were terrible; they didn’t even help with luggage and charged over 2300+. It isn’t worth it.
