I was blown away by the service at this hotel; the staff were genuinely warm, welcoming, and always ready to help, going well beyond what I've seen at many luxury properties. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and thoughtfulness felt truly human rather than mechanical, and a special shout‑out to Wendy Wang for making my stay so comfortable and memorable.
