“Great location, reasonable price for Aspen downtown. If I am to stay there again, I'll make sure I b”
This hotel's location is super convenient, but the downside is that it's right on a busy street, so it can get pretty loud at night. On the other hand, the staff were really helpful and made our stay enjoyable. The only major issue is that the entrance isn't wheelchair accessible, which is a big problem. And to top it off, the noise insulation is pretty poor, so you can hear everything going on in the neighboring rooms and outside.
We loved the location of this hotel, but unfortunately, our stay was marred by a few issues. The air conditioning in our room didn't work, and when I tried to contact the front desk, no one answered. I was really frustrated that I couldn't get in touch with anyone, and it made for a pretty sleepless night. The temperature in the room was almost unbearable, even with the windows open.
This hotel is a gem, especially for skiers - the location is perfect, the room was cozy and had great ventilation, and the breakfast was high-quality, even if it was a bit small. But the real star of the show is the jacuzzi, which was amazing. And the reception staff, including the friendly dog, made us feel welcome from the start.
