The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere feels warm. The setting is modern with a touch of coziness, and the welcome cards were brought to the rooms. You can get coffee in the morning even if you haven’t booked breakfast. From the hotel, Sprudelhof, the pedestrian zone, the parks, and the Gradierwerke are all within walking distance. The bathroom mirror is mounted very high, which is a challenge for someone as small as me.
