The transit lounge, pool and spa were excellent, yet the food could use improvement and the staff barely speak English.

The hotel’s location was fine, but the room didn’t feel 4‑star: the parquet was warped, the decorative wallpaper peeled, cleaning was lacking, the walls were so thin you could hear every neighbor, the air conditioning was mis‑set, and the chairs and furniture were dirty and broken—enough to stop me here.

The price didn’t match the comfort; it was old, smelled of cigarette smoke, everything was complicated and noisy, the doors didn’t close tightly, and overall it felt like a 2‑star hotel.

Overall the hotel wasn’t bad; the pool and spa were big pluses, and the open‑terrace restaurant let you breakfast outdoors. However, the room we stayed in needed repairs—many wallpapers had peeled and there were signs of sloppy renovation. Also the breakfast never varied over our 20‑day stay.
