The rooms above the shop are clean and new, the shared kitchen is a great spot for a larger group to gather in the evenings, and the supermarket downstairs is surprisingly spacious for a central location; next to the building is a restaurant with lovely service and good food. It’s not the perfect destination spot, but it’s excellent for a quick stop.

The street noise is loud, there’s no air‑conditioning, no smoke detectors, and the toilet is dirty and sticky; the hallway TV is loud, and the entrance is in the middle of the restaurant among customers.
