The room was comfortable with a good selection of pillows, but it would have been easier to access if an access card had been provided instead of separate PIN numbers for each door.

The place had a great location, but sometimes I struggled with the door code; having a key for both the room and the downstairs area would have been helpful.

The location is super central, right on Piazza dei Martiri, and the breakfast at the bar was great. The room was spotless and the self‑check‑in was intuitive and quick. The downside was that the bathroom was set up for only one person instead of two, the shower head was broken, and the parking was pricey at 35 euros for one night—having a discount would be handy.

When we arrived the toilet was dirty, and they never cleaned it the next day. I ended up disinfecting the bathroom myself before I could use it.
