The apartment was conveniently located, within walking distance of the convention center and surrounded by lively restaurants; it was clean, well-equipped, and the host was very responsive and kind, bringing our requested item the next day, though our window looked out onto the adjacent building so we had to keep the curtain closed all the time.

The place is big and right in the centre of the Gaslamp district, and parking is included. It could have been cleaner, and the warnings about forgetting the parking badge and leaving the flat too late—like 30 minutes late—felt a bit over the top.

The location and the space were great. The instructions to get inside were very detailed, which made it a bit annoying to follow everything, but they were correct. There was a missing table next to the sofa.
