The staff were friendly, yet the parking at the car wash left my car wet in the morning, and the showers could use a stronger cleaning detergent; otherwise the place was clean except for the bar’s noise.

The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, but unfortunately, it was let down by a serious shortage of water on Saturday night. My wife was desperate to have a bath, but we were told they couldn't provide us with even a 20-litre bucket of water, which was just unacceptable. We ended up leaving and asking for a refund, which we were eventually given.

The staff were friendly, even if the check-in process took a bit longer than expected. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great, but the room itself was tiny and had no window, and the Wi-Fi was pretty bad.

The hotel's car wash service, restaurant, and bar made it super convenient for us, but the rooms were a bit of a letdown - they're really only suitable for a couple. Still, if you're a small family, it's a decent option.
