The staff were friendly, the room and bathroom spotless, shower pressure great, I ended up staying an extra night, breakfast delicious, only a few minutes walk to Damascus Gate with many convenience stores and an ATM along the way, definitely will return.

The room was a good size, clean, and had everything needed. I liked that every room had a historic name. The hotel is well positioned in front of the old town, and the breakfast was good.

The hotel is incredible and unique with a lot of history. We stayed in room 103, which was spacious, charming, and full of vintage character. We were two adults and two kids, and the room was perfectly comfortable for us. We really enjoyed the breakfast, and the staff happily prepared eggs for us on request. The owners also arranged a parking spot for us near the hotel, which is a huge bonus in Jerusalem! Friendly staff, an authentic atmosphere, well‑organized facilities, a perfect location within walking distance of Damascus Gate, and a very comfortable room. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is a beautiful old building filled with antiques. Our room, 106, was clean and quiet with a King bed just off a lovely little atrium. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C was strong. The TV is large with all the popular streaming apps. The staff were very nice, funny, and helpful with any requests. The breakfast is delicious. We ate in the restaurant frequently and enjoyed most of the menu. The lemonade with mint is addicting. There's a kind of ice cream pie for dessert that was really good. Room service is a nice option. The restaurant also has a good selection of local wines and beer; the Cabernet is especially good. The location is excellent. A few steps will get you to the light rail or you can just walk into the old city. There is a gate that locks at night for security. Overall, we would recommend it for a nice stay in Jerusalem. For all you kitty lovers.please feed the kittens.they're hungry. It was a bit difficult to find. but once you do all is good. The room has a PLASTIC hot water pot. I'd swap that out for a metal one.
