De bedden waren lekker, maar de waterkoker was stuk, beide tv’s deden het niet, een van de twee bedankjes werkte niet, er zat een scheur in de wc‑bril, de ventilator kon niet uit en stond best hard; en gaf een vervelende geur af.

La struttura è molto ampia e pulita, a 50 metri dal centro, comodissima da raggiungere. L’unico problema è che la sera chiudono il cancello; bisogna fare il giro dei palazzi, non ci è stato detto dalla struttura, l’abbiamo scoperto la prima sera quando al rientro siamo rimasti chiusi fuori da questo cancello, poi fortunatamente una ragazza che rientrava ci ha detto che bisognava fare il giro lungo e passare da dietro. La cosa che non mi è piaciuta è che ci è stato dato un numero per aprire la cassetta contenente la chiave che era errato; sono stata dieci minuti a smadonnare per aprirla. Poi è uscita una ragazza, ha messo un altro codice e si è aperta la cassetta. Stesso problema per lasciare la chiave al check‑out.

Modern, clean with lots of power sockets. Split over three levels, and the stairs are very narrow, felt like being on a ship. The main problem was the noise on a Saturday night; it didn’t get quiet until about 4am. I’m a good sleeper and it kept me and my wife up.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut: Man befindet sich direkt in der historischen Innenstadt, hat eine große Auswahl an Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Auch die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist sehr gut. Leider gab es jedoch einige Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt haben. Das einzige Fenster der Unterkunft ließ sich nicht öffnen. Obwohl der telefonische Kontakt sehr bemüht war, konnte das Problem während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nicht behoben werden. Dadurch war es uns das ganze Wochenende über nicht möglich, die Unterkunft vernünftig zu lüften. Besonders unangenehm empfanden wir außerdem eine zusätzliche Tür innerhalb der Unterkunft, die sich nicht abschließen lässt und nicht einmal über ein Schloss verfügt. Diese Tür führt zu einem weiteren Treppenhaus, das von anderen Personen genutzt werden kann. Als Frau, die mit meiner 12-jährigen Nichte unterwegs war, habe ich mich mit dieser Situation nicht besonders sicher gefühlt
