Breakfast was excellent, the location was nice, the garden well kept, with views of the lake and the Gerlitzen. The private beach had a large, well maintained lawn and a bathing slope. A rowboat was available, and there was a changing hut with a toilet and a fenced area for storing swimwear. We found it odd that we had to serve ourselves after breakfast, which was new to us. The waitress stroked every dog and then placed the ham on the serving board with bare hands. We have a dog ourselves and always wash our hands before eating. The room is still brand new but incomplete: the bathroom lacks a towel holder, a bath towel holder, a toothbrush cup, and the room has a wardrobe with a mirror.

At breakfast I found that the rolls were from the previous day, which was disappointing.

The location is great, the staff is very friendly, the view of the lake is huge, dogs are very welcome, and the price is fair, but the hotel allows dogs into the dining room, which I think should be prohibited.
