“Pésimo el desayuno”

The location is good, the hotel is very pretty, everything is clean, the guy at the pool bar is excellent, and the reception staff are great. There was no bath mat, no hand‑drying towels, and the breakfast was terrible! Each egg was charged separately even though the breakfast was “included,” which only consisted of totopos with sauce, a reheated coffee from days ago, and each egg cost $35 pesos. The next day we chose not to eat there because there was nothing else. The kitchen lady even drove to my car to charge me for the eggs that were not included.

“Regular pero para el precio no esta tan mal”

The facilities were solid, and the housekeeping staff were attentive and friendly. However, the air conditioner kept dripping water all the time, a problem reported from day one that was never fixed. I also suffered frequent, short power outages that were still annoying, and the internet was practically non‑existent—no connection could be made. The parking lot was tiny, and the gym was inaccessible.

I stayed in a spot that’s great, and the staff were top‑class. The hot water pressure was low, and the breakfast was very basic and hardly ever filled me up.

“bien si no quieres usar agua”

The hotel looked nice, but the rest was disappointing. I basically had no water for the whole stay, not even to rinse the bathroom. The room’s electricity flickered on and off, causing lights to turn on while I slept. I’d rather have paid elsewhere for bagged tortilla chips and supermarket salsa for breakfast. The staff were friendly, but that wasn’t enough; you pay for a service and expect to receive what you pay for. I couldn’t bathe, use the bathroom, or wash my hands, and a “sorry” doesn’t fix anything.
