A nice, cozy hotel with a pretty lobby, a small but comfortable room with air‑conditioning, friendly staff, an extremely helpful reception, an elevator, a delicious, generous breakfast (quite rare for Italy), and a fairly pleasant atmosphere! At our arrival around noon the rooms were not ready, the bathroom was so small that you could barely turn around, there was no armchair in front of the desk, and the air‑conditioning was set too cold, so it had to be reduced.

The staff were super kind, the hotel was clean and well supplied! The highlight of our short stay was definitely the breakfast, with a wide range of sweet and savory options, plus the great location near the beach facilities. Highly recommended!

“Breve soggiorno a Viareggio”

A no‑frills hotel that works perfectly for a family break thanks to its proximity to the sea, a partnership with a beach facility offering reasonable rates, and a quiet neighbourhood despite hearing a bit of traffic from the main road on the first floor. There’s no private parking, but for €10 a day you can use the blue‑zone spaces throughout the area. Breakfast is decent with sweet and savory options. Our triple room was roomy enough and even had a small balcony. Everything was spotless, though the furniture feels a little dated; the bathroom was functional with plenty of hot water. The staff were kind, especially the cleaning lady who helped me for two mornings after I got locked out of the room.

A wonderful stay in a peaceful, spotless place close to the sea, with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff who kindly stored our luggage after check-out and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations
