The restaurant’s food was passable and the prices were cheap, the location of the property was fine and the staff responded quickly. Unfortunately the fridge was broken, the bedding was a mess – hardly washed and the duvet even had mould – and the pool was left uncleaned so we couldn’t use it.

The facilities and staff are good; as pet parents we wanted a nice place to stay, and Shradul Heritage provided that comfort. I’d say “good” was a bit disappointing—could have been better.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by subpar service from the hotel staff. Despite their efforts, they failed to meet my expectations in this regard. However, the hotel's cleanliness and amenities were a redeeming factor. Overall, it was a mixed experience that left me wanting more.

I appreciated the hotel's secluded location, which provided a peaceful atmosphere. The private terrace was a lovely touch, and the exterior was beautifully maintained and well-gardened. However, I was disappointed to find dirty tables in the restaurant, a non-functional kettle in my room, and a lack of a chair and a shelf in the bathroom.
