The apartment was cozy with a lovely hot shower and strong water pressure. The staff were friendly and the overall service was good. The fruit and nut welcome basket was wonderful. Thanks to everyone! The shower was a bit clogged and the basin tap was hard to open.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to its friendly and helpful staff, who made me feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I loved relaxing in the lovely gardens and by the swimming pool. However, I did notice that the food sometimes wasn't as hot and a bit dry if I didn't eat early, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, the hotel's cleanliness and amenities made up for this small issue, and I would definitely consider returning.
