The room lacks proper soundproofing, so hallway noise and the neighboring room’s sound are very noticeable. The spa is extra and needs a reservation, with prices varying by time.

The food, hospitality, and location were great, but there isn’t a separate non‑smoking restaurant area.
I arrived early and they let me into my room right away, but when I asked for fresh towels I got stained ones, which should be fixed.
Breakfast was excellent, but the TV in the room was outdated and lagging.
