Rooms were decent, price was right, and the bathrooms were clean—exactly what the listing promised. The only problem was my late‑night check‑in. I had confirmed it multiple times, even called at 8 PM on the day, but the hotel was locked and no one was there. I was stuck outside in the cold for over an hour after a long trip. I finally got in thanks to a helpful resident and an emergency number, but the whole process was a nightmare.
