The place is quiet and the bathroom is clean, yet the staff at check‑in rolled their eyes and seemed unhappy; the elderly guest had trouble finding the booking details, and it feels like you must pull up the app instantly or you won’t be able to check in.

I chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday and the front desk actually noticed it, which made me really happy; the overall ambience and music were nice, the room was clean and comfortable, the bathtub was relaxing, and the nearby amenities were convenient—there were plenty of delivery options for good food and snacks, so I’ll definitely return. The only downside was that breakfast options were a bit limited and the taste was ordinary.
