“Ein toller Urlaub und wir kommen bestimmt wieder!”
We enjoyed a great holiday at Wangerland Resort. The food was excellent, from Rumpsteak to Flammkuchen, Bowls, and noodles made from Parmesan loaf. The animation was totally varied, we had a lot of fun and it never got boring. Our refurbished Pirate room was especially liked by the kids. Even outside the animation program there was plenty to discover. We especially want to highlight the staff. Everyone was always super upbeat, very helpful, and it always felt like the employees truly enjoy their jobs. Such friendly staff in all areas is rare. We had an overall very nice holiday, but a few small things stood out. It would be nicer if the bowling alley could be booked via the app or something; we had to keep checking if a lane was free. When we finally found an open lane, a school trip (Klassenfahrt) sent us away because they had blocked the lane and the other lane was broken. We also didn’t like the access to the play town. We always had to wait at the cashier until an employee let us in. If they were busy with other tasks, it could take some time to get in or out, even if there wasn’t a large crowd. It would be better if you could use a chip or something. Otherwise everything was perfect.
