The staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was outstanding; the lobby felt cozy with a nice bar, making the hotel a place where you just feel comfortable.

Service van het personeel. Kwaliteit van het eten. De ligging van het hotel. De welcome card waarmee je met het openbaar vervoer kunt reizen en korting op andere attracties. Dat het dorp minder te bieden had als een aantal jaren terug. Veel voorzieningen waren gesloten, zoals o.a. de kabelbaan
The open, unlit underground parking was used as a bike parking spot, which was disappointing.

The location was convenient for a layover, but the reception greeted us poorly; the rooms were not ready until after the hour, so early check‑in wasn’t possible. I asked where I could leave my luggage, but there was no mention of a bar for drinks. Apparently a half‑board plan had been booked after I had requested dinner in the restaurant via Booking, meaning no à la carte dining was available, and I couldn’t convert that into a separate bill with an additional charge.
