I booked a room a few days ahead and received confirmation. I had tickets and, just in case, called the hostel before I left because I was arriving in the evening and wanted to locate them quickly and get checked in at that time. When I called, they told me there was no vacancy and that no one was waiting for me. When I asked, “Could you have called to warn me that you wouldn’t be able to accommodate me? You gave a booking confirmation on booking, and if I arrived at 20:00, what would happen?” they replied, “Well, you have a reservation, but we have no rooms.” How do you take that? I was forced to urgently find a place to stay. I resolved the issue by finding another option because I have acquaintances in Pyriatyn. And if someone is traveling from far away, first time in Pyriatyn, how would they handle such a situation? This is simply rudeness from the hostel. I think this place isn’t suitable for booking at all.
