駅から近い. 部屋が狭い 冷蔵庫に冷凍庫がなくてアイスが溶けてしまった

ロケーション. 風呂場に髪の毛が床や壁に付着していた。外の音がうるさい。スタッフの対応はマニュアル的で、柔軟な対応は期待できない。その割に、あまりお手頃価格でもない。

It’s very nice comfortable stay and across the Kyoto station so location was superb easy to access all the places. I would definitely recommend it to all who is coming to Kyoto. Although rooms are clean but need house keeping services for washrooms too as seems they are not provided that and room cleaning while the stay not sure the reason but house keeping service is limited just for bed make up
