The reception, concierge, car service, Japanese restaurant, and Emilies restaurant all had very nice staff, but the main restaurant’s service, menu, coffee, and breakfast were all extremely slow and poor.

The location is perfect for visiting Ottawa, but the room really needs a refresh.

The place feels grand, the breakfast is tasty, the terrace bar is a treat, and the rooms are very comfortable, but the breakfast service in the bar area felt less professional and efficient than the restaurant.
